NOTE – If you’re currently repairing your diastasis recti, or are transitioning to front-loaded core exercises like planks & push-ups, ‘Diastasis Recti Safe’ workouts will also be provided in this program, so you can continue closing your DR or continue keeping it closed while you’re building up your core strength.

I will not give you exercises that compromise your progress with diastasis recti and optimal core-loading patterns.

Separate workouts will be provided for those not needing diastasis recti support.
