Before Day 1 – Checklist

  1. Adjust your calories and macros in MyFitnessPal (2-min)
  2. Watch all videos below (17 min) 
  3. Get your gym or gym space organized and ready (time varies) 
  4. Plan and pre-log your food in MyFitnessPal for Day 1 (recommended, time varies. KEEP IT SIMPLE.)
  5. Lastly, make sure you completed everything on the Before Program Customization Call – CHECKLIST, like taking your before photos etc.

STEP 1 – Adjust your macros in MyFitnessPal

Go to your MyFitnessPal Homepage and click … 

  1. More
  2. Goals 
  3. Nutrition Goals, ‘Calorie, Carbs, Protein and Fat Goals,’
  4. Reset the numbers 

STEP 2 – Watch all videos below

STEP 3 – Get your gym or home gym space ready for great workouts!

STEP 4 – Plan & pre-log your food in MyFitnessPal for Day 1
