After I lost all the baby weight, my tummy still bulged out, so I kept dieting in efforts to make it flatter. I felt like I was always on a diet, and I started binge eating. Can I really make improvement in only 2 weeks?

Yes! You’ve likely never learned how to connect to, engage & strengthen your inner-core muscles, so changes can happen very quickly.

That being said, I do encourage you to continue doing the inner-core workouts AFTER this program is over, because you’ll continue making progress.You may continue progressing for weeks afterwards, but the cool thing is, it doesn’t take that much time or effort once you have the tools!!!

2 weeks is designed to give you enough time to learn the concepts, and get in the routine of incorporating the workouts into your schedule. From there, continue the protocols like posture, breathing & core-loading, and do 2-3 inner core workouts a week. (They are yours for keeps once you purchase)

Are the workouts hard? Will I be able to do them?

Inner-core workouts are very gentle, you probably won’t even break a sweat. But, don’t let that lead you to believe they aren’t effective.

For most of the exercises you will be lying down on your back. If for whatever reason those are the only exercises you’re able to do, you can still make A LOT of progress! Do what you can, and be proud. : )
